Yes! And the new coin pack that gives you up you up to 325,000 coins was broke a few days ago. I got 40, 20 20, 50 and 75 thousand that is not in my bank.

I wonder, has anyone done the work to see if these strategy cards really help your teams or affect your players??

I got mine a few months ago and wish I had it earlier, just because I wanted to practice on it first. The one thing, which I'm sure there is a way to shut it down, is the weird camera movement when you're under a "pressure situation" but that's no biggie.
