lmao just realized youre the op. you gonna homer xavien howard, then say justin jefferson is oroy over herbert??? i love jefferson and what hes done but last year proves its a qbs award when they play decent at best and only anyone else’s when theyre a number one at their position for their team. ridley is to julio as jefferson is to thielen. all 4 are great, but ridley and jefferson arent number ones, regardless of a target disparity. if kyler beat out jacobs last year, herbert beats out jefferson. herbert was top 15 this year statistically, kyler cant say the same last year and yet he still beat out a very good rookie rb season. jefferson had a very good year too, herbert was also very good and played a more pivotal position.

if you want to come with advanced stats for howard, compare them to watt and donald, not other corners dingus. yes hes having a great season for a cb. does he have a case against watt, who is having one of the best edge rusher seasons in recent memory as well as playing elite of the elite run defense as well?

gilmore last year gave up 350 yards. howard has given up almost 800. im not saying facts anywhere, im saying corners that win have to put up insane stats. howard has picks, everything else is good but not as good as what gilmore did or what watt and donald are doing

tj watt and aaron donald had monster seasons. howard had picks but it wasnt like how gilmore led last year, where he was hardly thrown to and the only times it was at him it was a pd or int. howard gave up more yards this year
