Go NE it has both. I personally like the 3-4 more with how many solid linebackers there are already and if you get your master eventually itll take it to another level

It's likely your scheme man. Get NE defense but focus on running the 3-4 out of it and practice your user mlb.  On offense I'm assuming with a team that good your offensive line must be decent so run the ball early and often, dont use any PA boots because the blocking will not hold up, and try spending some time in the skills gauntlet.  It shows you how to attack those coverages and actually puts you threw those drills so itll stick better and you'll understand the timing of the routes and the weak spots in the defense
