Cadillac Williams
4 Dec 2020
^^^ This right here i still remeber the draft w him ronnie brown and cedric benson praying we got Cadillac then when we landed him was hyped af he was an absolute SAVAGE his rookie year and basically any time he was healthy. Was incredibly sad to see him get injured repeatedly and loose his burst. Had potential to be an all time great.

not saying thats the move just saying if you are going to make a +1 legend as an LTD make there be some benefit beyond saving the equivilent of maybe 60k (at the time of release) in training. If you were to power him up you should get the +1's and in addition to getting +1's across the board at different overalls you get different abilities unlocked.(92or93 safetys get lurker based on prototype even though this year if the catching is above 70 acrobat basically does the same thing for u)

Yooo this is THE WORST!!! especially as someone who relies heavily on presnap adjustments it makes running a proper offense damn near impossible

anyone else think its horseshit that if you power him up his stats revert to the same as the powered up boss legend? so u get no +1's

Still NFL 100 X-Factor. Can also get evasive arm bar and a backfield mismatch it’s absurd.

Taylor Mays

First of all wow I’m beyond impressed by how this card plays. I use 4-5 safety’s on most plays (run zone heavy 3-4) using Ed Reed and Megatron both fully powered up at the 2 corners and Sean Taylor and Taylor Mays at my 2 saftey spots when I’m in my base 3-4 and in 3-4 even I run the SS at LB sub package and use him at ROLB as my user w Tillman at SS Sean T at FS Megatron and Ed Reed at CB. Loving the 3-4 even since this works great against the run and will also shut down most passing schemes as well with minimal presnap adjustments. When in any formation w/5+ DBs (nickle dime dollar etc) I’m using megatron and mays as my sub LBs w S.Taylor as my slot corner reed and Tillman at the saftey spots. With this year being so run heavy and their zone coverage skills being top tier you don’t loose much of anything in coverage if you’re not a man guy and since their blockshed blows any and every CB out of the water the trade off wis beyond worth it. Best user card I’ve played with and Ive used fully powered up Sean T Megatron Ed Reed and Tillman as well. Between his height jumping catching and run after the catch abilities he’s perfect for baiting people into thinking someone is open then jumping the route and burning them down the sideline plus has good enough strength power moves and block shed that getting to the ballcarrier and blowing him up often causing a fumble is no problem either. Dude is an absolute savage no matter how you use him. Even if you like to user someone else or even if you decided to play him as your slot corer snd exclusively blitz him he’d still be worth it. Pro tip tho be patient do the set check periodically if one of the cards is over priced. Took me 3 days but got his set done for sub 140k and it comes w the power up instead of spending on that as well. This card plays like I thought he would leaving USC. I’m a bucs fan so not like he does anything for my theme team dude is just that nice only shortcomming being that if you’re running a man heavy defensive scheme he’s a liability but if he’s blitzing or you’re controlling him can’t say anything bad about this dude is a savage.

Arm bar hands down. Tried both and can honestly say that with no bulldozer as long as you precision truck (truck stick plus L2 on PS4) there’s not much difference but being able to tap x at any point and watch him throw linbackers and dbacks 10 yards in any direction w that corny animation is a game breaking difference especially if you have evasive on him it’s almost impossible to stop him from bouncing it outside and in short yardage situations same deal tap x and you often end up taking multiple defenders out of the play since the dude you send flying tends to trip up others in persuit.

Have had maxed out Bo, Saquan, ED, Marcus Allen, and CJ2k. Can say that without a doubt ED is by far the best back I've used Bo/Marcus are 2A and 2B but the fact you can get arm bar, evasive, and put backfield mismatch (which is lowkey glitchy AF) on ED negates the difference in catching and since you basically come down with anything in single coverage vs anyone lined up at LB puts him on top. If someone is dumb enough to double your RB and takes him out of the passing game that way you should thank them since you end up w a WR or TE wide open. i dont even use the NFL 100 Xfactor because of the 5 play limit with ED and normal freight train xfactor ends up active usually by start of 3rd Q anyway and doesnt have a play limit. Marcus gets insanely glitchy animations on broken tackles and is basically a WR out of the backfield if you like to dump off and use ur rb in the passing game id say hes ur guy if you dont want to spend the coin or use your power up pass on ED and still has over 90 truck and stiff arm which is more than enough to throw DBs and most LBs if you have position especially if you precision SFA or TRK, but if youre a straight pound the rock type might be better off with Bo since you can get bulldozer and juke box plus w his spin over 90 w ZR/Coach Madden chem on him he can just as easily use the spin to reverse field and cut back a stretch. Saquan is great probably gets glitchest auto-broken tackles (w 99 break tackle powered up that shouldn't surprise anyone) outside of ED based off his combination of higher weight and lower height making him a human bowling ball would be 1a/1b with ED if they didnt do him dirty on trucking and stiff arm if either were above 90 pre-chem would be a coin toss. Very interested to see how CJ2K w human joystick plays, might break the game, but I love having the option of a high stiff arm and truck for short yardage as well as runs where u have to cut upfield to the sideline. Basically if you have ED, Saquon, Allen, or Bo youre splitting hairs all are DIRTY end game quality backs and more than capable of carrying your squad if you have half way decent stick skills and any type of play calling strategy beyond stretch on repeat. If you set audibles in a few formations to include an iso a power O/outside zone and a stretch even if they’re set up in their best run D they can usually only stop 1-2 of the 3 and it basically becomes a guessing game where if they guess wrong you’re 20+yds downfield by the time they realize they guessed wrong. Best bet if youre run heavy try to get 1 out of Bo or ED and 1 out of Marcus and Saquan and rotate so youre never running on yellow/red leaving youreself open for a hitstick, big hitter fumble. For lower budget options who are super run heavy you can get the job done with CJ2K/ Marcus neither of which are crazy expensive right now and Bo but ED is well worth a power up pass and if you tend to prefer to juke/spin instead of truck or stiff arm same can be said about Saquan especially considering his ability as a receiver and that 99btk fully powered up and still has good enough power traits to run through just about every DB not named night train Sean Taylor or Pat Tillman.
