which do you prefer? I personally prefer the way they were set up in 19 and past titles for some reasons    1. You’re guaranteed to get/use the ability in 19; You could play several games on not see the red X light up once. In past games you got what you were paying for. The abilities I don’t mind as much but that brings me to my next reason:    2. The abilities in M20 make the game WAY too arcade-y. Like leap frog? Cmon EA. Arm bar? My lord.    3. You get put at a SEVERE disadvantage when you match up with someone who has abilities in positions you don’t have a counter. Ex. You play someone with 3 D lineman abilities/X factors and you don’t have any O lineman abilities, you get dudes smacking your QB upside the head for 4 quarters without blitzing.    I think the abilities and passed years were for the most part balanced, whereas this year clearly certain things are OP while others are useless.    Thoughts fellow Mutheaders?

Aikman has been amazing for me. Throws absolute lasers to every part of the field

I'm pretty sure "all day" is broken, have it on. Tyron Smith and gets murdered in pass protection

I like the idea of spreading the wealth but the more I play the game the more I feel like it’s not necessary to have X factors/abilities on WRs, doesn’t seem like you get them all that often considering it takes 5 20/30 yrd receptions default to get them. For RBs the abilities are deaf worth it but X factors, again, unless you break a lot of big runs, probably won’t get them. I’ll probably end up putting abilities/XF on both my tackles to counter the pass rush and my RB/QB
