im almost done and im sure he is i have him at a 83 with buccs chem and he balls for me. i just wanted to see if ill still get the 100k being that i finishe the 4 things i needed to do with him

i completed the 2nd list of things to do with sam mills but i didnt finish the first to get his overall higher. im assuming ill still be able to get the 100k or am i not ?
