If you have Donald you should have also James, Thomas, Young and Henry. You get everyone by completing its own event which is the only way to go to the next stage...maybe you didnt open the James rewardpack? Take a look under your items. Or are you talking about the shards to rank him up? Once you win the next player e.g. Young you can not claim the reward from the player before.
