Remember, people associated with the NFL play MM. It doesn’t fall on deaf ears when people from The Shield complain to EA that their product is being diminished by their attempt to turn the game into Fantasy Football. The NFL made a giant mistake by not copywriting Fantasy Football when they had a chance. I do know they are not a fan of Fantasy and reluctantly launched their own Fantasy platform years ago. It’s not out of the realm of possibility that the NFL would license another company to do mobile if EA isn’t following the roadmap the NFL wants.

Each season Madden Mobile has gotten progressively worse. In a way you have to admire EA’s ability to lower the bar when it looks like it can’t go any lower. Now we have to ask the question, what’s EA planing to build next year, that will make us beg to have Overdrive back?  There is a real art to build a more complex and inept product. Who from the current community will become the new HSD? The game is no longer fun, but watching it dissolve into irrelevance is.

PT players/packs are meant more for a reward for those who spend $$$. Not built for competition, but to keep people engaged by thinking they are actually getting something from the game when they pull a player.
