Because of the fact they committing mad consumer fraud. I’ve spent plenty on madden cash and its pretty illegal to just make my content unaccessible. I bought coins for my first time and received a “7 day auction house ban” fair enough I agree. But when the “7 day auction house ban” means all you can do is sit in the menu for the rest of madden 21 because EA is incompetent and can’t fix their issues I think there is a problem.

Damn lucky its been 9 days now since receiving my "7 day auction house ban" and since then I haven't been able to even play the game at all. Such a joke I spent 300$ on buying the game and in game purchases and can only sit in the main menu and click franchise which I cant even play
