I love using a hybrid defense and have the past few years. I run Giants playbook so I use a 4-4 instead of 4-3. I have success using 4-4 on the run but I’ll also use my 3-4 against the run too. Depending what the offense does, one will have more success than the other. My 3-4 lineup includes Suh, Harrison and Too Tall on the line and then Taylor and Peppers as my outside LB’s. My 4-4 uses Taylor and Peppers at the ends, move Suh to DT and have Jarrett at the 2nd DT. Then I use Barr and Bullock as outside LB’s. I use a lot of 3-3-5 though against people that like to pass or passing situations with Taylor, Suh and Peppers on the line. I put Tillman at MLB and Calvin Johnson at the other LB spot.

Yeah, 3 to 1 is way too generous for EA. Based on what they did last year, a 5 to 1 is probably what will happen.

Most people don’t have the coin for Mack and Miller. I went through the Theme Builders for Browns, Vikings and Steelers. Those three players, Garrett, TJ Watt and Hunter worked really well for me and they are free... just takes time to get them.

Don’t say unlucky... unlucky was me getting the 31st pick and it quick-selling for only 20k picks, so I lost 12k and re-rolled. Got 9 the second time. I wouldn't have wanted 1 either, but at least you can sell it right away and probably make some good coins. And at least make enough to buy whoever the 4th pick is.   I wouldn't recommend re-rolling at all.

I’m happy, and I’m glad cards are cheaper. I bought training really cheap and using my 96 power up pass I built 99 Brian Dawkins from scratch for only about 250k... can’t beat that. Plus I got a lot of decent cards from the eggs and I’m saving my 97-99 UL pack from a Tier 4 egg for next Saturday.     Might have been fun to open my two tier 4 eggs and get a brand new player, but this is good to me too. As someone who don’t spend money and open a bunch of pack, it was fun opening all the eggs to see what I’d get.
