How did you get this player? I didn’t get one

I’m 41 and been a fan my whole life. The pain of watching Montana get hurt when it felt like we were on our way to a 3-peat was brutal, but these last 12 years have had a lot of pain as well.

Better in what way? The team overall? I played in 15 and 16 so I was used to grinding missions already. I felt like I also got a bunch of easy wins til I got to star level in H2H. I went 7-4 in the last couple days on Star and may have leveled up again but I'm not sure? I got lucky when I started playing and I got free cards. I got the 89 or 90 Edwards-Helaire and the 92 Stephon Diggs to start out my team which was a huge help to grinding missions. I played about half of the 50, I did the zero chill promo or whatever that was, the playoffs/Super bowl, got to the 6th First Down mission, and a few others. They give a lot of free coins and I got a few really helpful players from the missions. I got 95 Tannehill and 96 Stephon Diggs from the choice packs. Other than that it was just playing online which gives a lot of coins and rewards for winning. I use the trophies for quick sell vouchers only. Packs almost never are worth it to me.

Thankfully I already knew that from playing 15 and 16. I used MUTHead a ton when I played 16 and the game is still fairly similar. I went 7-4 last night in Star and I think I leveled up again and definitely see the same stuff over and over and my offensive scheme seems to be working and I'm able to keep it close on defense too. The guys full of 99 overall players are tough to beat because the CPU bails them out so many times, but it's all good. I don't take a loss as seriously as I did years ago. I take my L and move on.

That's helpful, thank you man. By no means am I a great player and probably will never be (I made it to Star level today and I'm like 4-3 so far) but I lose close games to guys with far better teams and I think the small things will end up being a major difference.

lol that’s how I felt the last few years. But I’ve played The Show almost exclusively and 2K here and there. 2K is just as bad as EA at this point.

How do I use or activate this? For instance, I have Michael Thomas powered up to 80 right now. How do I apply this to his card? What about the others? I have a collectible for a +4 OVR but can’t figure out how to use it?
