It really is so annoying…also freezes occasionally at halftime where I can’t click circle to move on to the second half…instead I have to wait for the entire duration of the halftime clock to reach zero before I can proceed to second half..this is happening on PS5 btw

u get these packs from completing the skills trainer challengers under exhibition when u exit out of MUT. I pulled an elite Tyron Smith out of 1

nope it didn't accidentally open. Ive been having all sorts of problems with the PS4 disc version I bought from Best Buy. Luckily EA gifted me a gridiron pack for this particular issue.

Once you purchase the PS5, you will need to submit a web form to us and after verifying the purchase, the specialized team will give you a new code to redeem on the PS5. Guru The above is what EA told me in a live chat...I'm not sure I believe this as the front cover of my disc case says "includes voucher code for PS5 version"
