Looking at the set I don't think you need a key to build Kuechly, it just makes him cheaper to build.

I've been keeping track of when I redeem the ads and the cool down is longer than 24 hours. The time the ads pop up gets later and later each day, for me. I wish they would provide a timer.

The picture does explain better. At least levels don’t matter. I guess this means the ranked player doesn’t melt, just the extra cards you acquired once you have max ranked your player?

is there any way to see your presence? Besides looking at every card and adding it up which is ridiculous. How about seeing how much presence your opponent has?

I would add making regular stamina regenerate at 1 per minute. Just doing that, and making arena tickets purchasable with 25 regular stamina, would make the game somewhat decent.

Just a truly awful, despicable company. So many glitches and problems to fix in the game, but this is what they spend their time doing.
