It depends if you got the gunslinger on his base card or his powerup. If you got it on his powerup then yes he will still have gunslinger. Otherwise, he won't have it.

It will drop when Series 3 ends which is 12/14. You can see this from the objectives.

Bypassing a 94 costs 11.8k TP so its not exactly what the quicksell value for that overall is.

It looks like 5k for the 92 and 11.5k for the 95.

He's a limited card with no powerup tp option so after all the frenzy of the early undercuts, it was inevitable that his price would rise as people bought them up.

It's a visual glitch that comes when you hover over a team captain with two red chems and then you hover back to LT. LT definitely does not have the slot for a second ability chem.

I know it wasn't widely made available, but if you power up one of the most feared players, you no longer get the gem for free. You only get the gem options for free on the base MF card. As a powerup, it is treated as a physical chem substitute so they made it cost chemistry to keep it in line with the other options. All chems are treated as being owned on the card you buy them on, so if you use them in a powerup, then the base card is used up in the powerup and the powerup is treated as a new card and won't have any chems.
