Hi guys, I’m playing franchise (I don’t have this issue in Ultimate Team as much) and I can’t get any time in the pocket, sometimes I can’t even throw to my first read. It doesn’t matter how many the opponent sends, my line gets beaten by 3 man rushes in 1-2 seconds sometimes. I do try to slide my pass protection to pick up blitzes, but when both my tackles get beaten there isn’t much I can do. However, when I play defense I really struggle to generate the same pressure, even when sending blitzes. Any tricks or tips?

Really surprised EA have done this, they haven’t batted an eyelid with zeke, AP, others who have had similar cases. Reuben foster too.

Read through the thread quickly and didn’t see this mentioned but apologies if I’m not the first to suggest this.    As this is a huge blow to our community, can MUThead help? Can we set up a fundraiser and publicise it at least on this website or something? I’m UK based so I’d feel uncomfortable running anything in the USA as I don’t know about legal stuff, medical bills etc, but can one of the mods get a fundraiser going on gofundme or somewhere?   sorry to ask questions not give answers, but I feel that we as the 99.9999% of Madden players who are kind, compassionate human beings, despite the number of glitches, fumbles, and BS losses we take need to do something to show how great this community is.  Any support from you guys would be really welcome, and if you want to PM me or whatever if I can help get something off the ground I’m 100% up for that.   As always, thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected. No-one should have to worry about things like this when they’re just playing a game.

Just lost to the Steelers in overtime. Great game, missed a 61 yard FG right at the end. So the game ends, and I go to the postgame screen, I have a look at the stats etc.   Hit finish game, and I get a ‘cannot connect to the EA servers’ message. This is fine bc my internet is patchy, so I hit A, the only option. Back to the main menu, and when I load my franchise save back up, the ‘play next game’ option is the Steelers.   Game’s completely gone, no memory of it. Can I get this result back? Or is EA’s system too incompetent to think ‘hold up let me save this on his HDD while his internet isn’t working the copy it later’ instead of just deleting my progress?

hi guys, apologies if this is on the wrong board but it’s my first console post. I’ve got to the end of the fourth quarter on franchise mode and when I go to overtime, the controls freeze before the players come out. It’s like aim in an infinite cutscene, watching one player do a fist pump over and over again with no UI and no buttons working. Any suggestions? Thanks

Every season in August the game resets. It’s a new season now, so your old team is in your trophy room and you get to start again!
