Cowboys has Carmichael (6’9”), Keyshawn(6’4”), and dez / Roy Williams (6’3”). I think that’s the tallest core in game with all 99 speed.

Why? Harris is mountains ahead. Harris will be 99 speed 99 zone if he gets the +1 and lockdown. Not to mention Juju is a physical arch. I’d only use him if he was very tall which he isn’t.
