Marino has better in pocket release but Herbert has better on the run release, Herbert gets HRM + SFL and Marino gets HRM + PLE and Herbert has +6 speed but worse accuracy but has better throw on the run

if you never throw while on the run then Marino, but if you do, I would go with Josh or Herbert, I like Herbert because of HRM but Josh Allen is a really good option with Gunslinger

You have to have his LTD for HRM, but he does get PLE, Conductor, and Identifier at 91 OVR
