I was trying one step ahead yesterday in prep for bench press nerf. One step ahead helps with motion routes. I would press and shade over the top, thats what was working for me.

Ive used both players your considering. Myles has more speed which helps getting home a little faster but in terms pass rush ability, i think they would be both be the same with or without edge threat
