Dude thank you... I totally thought these cards were just upgrade a guy to 80 Ov. kinda sucks, but still good.

it needs to be an upgrade player right? So IF i have a tier up 80-81 power up pass, can it be used on any player that is less than 80 overall? I cant seem to make it work
