Mut Squads

Having a lot of trouble running the call in from the one. I have tried everything. FB Run, pitch, counter, dive, etc. Nothing seems to be working great. Even QB sneaks. Every time I try from the one the opposing d-line is in my backfield and I lose 3 yards. I don't get it.    is there something I'm missing? Any good plays you suggest?   I have a pretty souped up line with a 91 Sony Michel, 88 Lorenzo Neal.
