What chems do you have impacting him? Team, coach madden, regular chems??

I thought i was bugging about my card as well. I'm running maxed sprinter and 25/50 niner chem and he's at 98 speed last time i checked, but when i compare his stats when i'm looking for a replacement i can only account for 97 speed. i'm so confused lol.

i personally use Bazooka, Escape Artist, Evasive, and Fastbreak but i've been getting ideas about switching out Fastbreak in slot 1 for something else, perhaps roaming deadeye. And roaming deadeye is definitely standing outside of the pocket but i wonder if it can be triggered by just not sprinting right before you throw and slowing your movement down a tad.. who knows. It's probably needing for you to be deadass standstill but its fine too.
