Definitely one of the better plays in the game, i would say the best way to counter is to play cover 2 man and to have a #3 corner with good speed and press

i would do the math and make sure you would have enough to go for Lott if so i would definitely go for him

A lot of people seem to think the colors correspond with schemes and red being defense, so it depends on what your needs are.
