It's probably the feats achievement, I have the same thing and it started after I finished all tier 2 achievements. I wonder if it will ever get fixed, or will be like last year where I was never able to claim the tier 2 or 3 feat of feats

A trade in set would be the ideal situation, one to one ratio would make everyone happy and folks could get the wisps they want/need to complete the sets
