Is there a list somewhere that I'm missing that shows what each Quicksell Cards Prices are? (If unclear: the cards with the coins on them) Like an 80 is worth __, an 84 is worth _, etc. Searched all over and can't find a list/spreadsheet. Thanks in advance.

Sometimes, during bidding on something in the AH, someone will put in a custom amount. How do you do that? (instead of always having to go $100 at a time) Sometimes, I'll just want to add, say, $300 instead of waiting for it to get there on its own. Thanks.
