I run a 4-3 and the 93 cliff avril paired with the 93 jabaal sheard destroy offensive lineman. With chems they have 99 finesse move. The 89 john randle gets to 91+ finesse and also has jump the snap if u wanna user.

You get extra cap so get a better running back with the spin move threshold....dion Lewis or LeSean mccoy. LeSean mccoy mut hero's 2 90 overall works amazingly for me with that 98 ellusivenes and hitting the spin threshold as well

91 zone is at every position(tier 5 read and react) except middle linebacker who I user and the d-line

idk if this is good but i'm #36 on the salary cap leader board(idk how many people even play that mode) defense causes fumbles but some run defense issues pass rush gets there as both ends have 91 power and finesse receivers sometimes don't hold on  qb has overthrowing issues o-line gives 8 seconds but very weak against loop blitzes(low awareness interior)
