Had him at a 98 on my 30/50 skins theme team with defensive chems. He is a BEAST from the interior in Nickle and stuffs the run as an end in a 3-4.

Because his 95 was a free step up for everyone who did the Vick set and kept his Nat. That set was too OP in there eyes allowing everyone to keep Strahan, Bo and Blount

They made blount an LTD because his Christmas card got returned as NAT to everybody who got the Vick card. That same set also contained Bo Jackson who is still a top 5 running back in the game and got a golden ticket. The set also had Strahan who was an LTD. They didn't want to give away cheap gold 99's to whoever had the powerups and the nat cards.
