Assuming you don't have Bo's UL RB card.  and Lane just has much general blocking stats in general

My oline is Jason peters, Lane Johnson, Dwight stephenson, Zach Martin, Demar Dotson   I have a nat Justin Pugh I start at LG and just sub in Lane in game.  His speed on tosses allow him to get outside much faster than any other Guard and that gives you a little more space at the edge to cut back.  He can also get up on the safety a lot quicker if they are playing back.  It opens up the running lanes just a bit more but it's noticeable.   He's by far the fastest oline so I find he's wasted at tackle unless you are running a lot of screens or quick pitch since the RT pulls in that play.     He actually has some pretty solid catching stats especially with toughness maxed.

Not OP but I have used lane since he was released.  He is an absolute glitch if you sub him as a pulling guard.  I had a game in squads where we passed for over 300 yards solely to him.     He's also unstoppable on the fake field goal sprintout.  Most unique card in the game
