Manual defense, place your PG in front of opposing PG but don't try to steal more than 2 or 3 times. If can't get the ball then start switching positions to guard as AI keeps passing the ball and eventually a steal with your SF or make them shots contested. Usually I grab the rebound.   I still make two or three 3pt per game.

The Nash/Holmes event was difficult, since the team is trash and only Nash can keep up shooting 3s.   But the Raptors one were a real challenge.   You should try shoot one three with Ibaka (first possession) and then go with Kawhi on the corner for the rest of it. Unfortunately the AI will make all their shots, no matter what, so try to force at least one turnover by not going for a steal all the time, they'll try to enter the paint at some point.   It will go do down at the last possession I suppose, but I prefer this type of grind than spending real money to get the masters for once.

Complete all objectives, do all the NBA today. I'm a 75 ovr and can't play the 78 ovr events either.   The first win events on rookie campaigns are really important, every 3h go for it and you'll have enough coins for a 72 or 74 solid gold per day (by sniping, which is easy for now). This will upgrade your team, slowly, yes, but you'll move forward.   And you'll have a lot of silver players to try your luck on gold set. If you get a good 77/78 player you'll have about 30k from the AH.   For the get loose, you have to always hit the run button and remember the pattern of hot spots. When one is going up the next or before is going down. It's useful to have a player with solid speed, i'm using 72 SG Manu, since he has great 3pt stats and do the job easily.   Good luck!

I'm trying to build a good team with solid golds. No need to rush for a super team full of elites right now, every now and then I'd try my luck with pro packs but nothing so far.

I think we will be able to make coins in a near future. There's little to snipe now, maybe some 76+ golds but it would take some time...

It seems they finally fixed the double team foul. Many times my two players went to press the ball handler and he lost the ball instead of being fouled.
