Had this same issue this morning, the game crashed and several collectibles disappeared from the sets. What the hell did EA did with that set???

Man, I am in the same situation. I had almost 2000 cheer but figured I would not be able to use it after so I got some present items and toys, but then the sets came back. I was going for a Santa collectible player and ended up having only 21 of them. I also have 7 Rudolph collectibles. I just need one RvS collectible of any of them and this will be such a waste if I can't get that one collectible.
