Everything you need to find is under MUT Dedication>MUT Master. Best thing I can say to level him up quick is to find an easy challenge and just keep replaying it without going to the menu. Everything will stack yards and TD wise and you’ll also level yourself up quick in the process. Also when playing games vs computer, find a good defensive play that gets you a sack or a fumble every time.
