Thanks, Slammer4244! I was able to catch the thread this time! I ended up getting my crown, but I still have not gotten drops for over 4 weeks. Still hoping something can be fixed. Still need one more crown.

Well, I guess this means I have to be somewhat hyper-vigilant about these type of posts, so I can catch it if there is a next time. Silly me! Of course, I should have all of the Crowns already, but drops have not worked for me for four weeks. I even had tonight's stream on for the entire time. I hope you understand @Slammer4244 that this response is not some type of "shoot the messenger" reaction. I am just very frustrated about a problem that does not seem to have any end in sight. By the time this is resolved, I hope there is some type of "make right" that will compensate people for the time that they have watched various streams for over the last month. However, I am not holding my breath.

I think I will have to try this again tomorrow. When I did this tonight, it took me to a screen that said, "Someone call Tech Support. Oh, right. That's us! We'll get this fixed as soon as possible. In the meantime get help from our community of expert players at Answer HQ. Visit ea.com to see what's new with us." I wonder if it is because it is so late. I really want to talk to an actual person. I don't think it will make a bit of difference, but it is better than trying to communicate online.
