as you can see I'm not exactly flush with coins...

Maybe I missed this being discussed, but I have a question about the Wolfe events.  I finally just got the last Wolfe minion event done and got Cameron Jordan.  I basically have zero wolf currency left.  Is there any reason I should bother exchanging the 4 minions at this point?  There's not some hidden achievement that would magically give me 12k wolf currency to actually attempt the Wolfe boss event once I trade in the 4 minions and unlock it is there?  Or should I just take the 4 minions and put them on my defense and consider the event a success?

I rarely get them on the first win.  As you say they seem scattered about 1:10.
