has anyone tried situational pass rusher? Does it work? I am deciding which red chem to add to 95 John randle. I run a lot of 3-4, but i will use him a lot in nickel. Thoughts?

I didn't play MUT from late Oct to late Feb due to Red Dead 2. I have been playing again for about a month, and I have only seen one captain token challenge, and it was a month ago. Is it normal to be that far apart? My Ray Lewis is a 93 ovr, and by the number of Ray and Rice 99's I see in H2H I'm assuming they had more than one captain upgrade a month while I wasnt playing. Is it normal to go this far between Captains challenges?

I I’m not sure how they do it. I think they try to match you up, but if nobody is available then it might be random. Not sure
