It hasn't always been this exact format but they've done promos like this dating back to 2013 when we had to predict the SB MVP and first round of the draft. I think it's fun tbh as long as the tokens are easy to get

Agree on it all except you already having a 97 ovr team in a few weeks. I like how it's a slow build so that even by Christmas the best cards are 95s. Adds longevity to the game. If we have a 97 OVR team by week 4 of the NFL season the Thanksgiving promo would be ridiculous.

Thought TVP re-roll was very fun. I pulled a LTD Jefferson which was a blast. As typical with the last few years great rewards for solo challenges for someone that is a semi-casual player and don't spend money on the game. Also not sure if it's new but House Rules was super fun IMO. Cons are an endless list. The 60k packs were good but otherwise packs are so awful. Still so many glitches. Promos can be a little more creative IMO.

My team is my dynasty fantasy football team and 95 Deebo is awful. Can't catch, fumbles a lot even against the computer in solos. So dumb, really not a great card outside of short passes and running with him... again when he doesn't fumble
