Those offense boosts definitely help, +4 SPD is just ridiculous, nice team for a f2p, I'm still at 129 waiting for straham to see if it helps

If we're talking OVR, then we probably need to know more about your team,  but butler is the best player IMO

The game usually thinks any 116 movers player is better than a 120ovr BOSS (spoiler: they are mostly not), just ignore it or train your MLBs (I'm assuming you haven't, otherwise this game is crazy)   I very much like Mack over Jones, but that +5 PST bonus w/ hightower +4 just makes it useless;  Mack is the better player, but if you want a higher OVR, stick with Jones

After completing all the 32 events, the last one (SF - complete the passes into the zones) stays there, good for people who need a couple more collectibles (probably the last we'll see of movers tho)
