How do I stop this guy from being on my special teams?? He’s not my returner but he loses his xfactor after one play ffs. Beastly card but anyone know a way around this?

this guy looks absolutely ass but i promise he plays better than Tyreek and Ross. Not sure what makes him feel more shifty than the two but as long as you suit your gameplan around him hes elite
