That’s straight false lmao Vick makes every throw with roaming, his release on the run is quick and he’s a lefty. The only reason Cunningham is better is becuz he gets that extra ability and if u prefer right handed qbs. Cunningham’s release is soooooo slow. Also Randall Cunningham gets affected by pressure 10 times as much as Vick.
