https://www.playstation.com/en-us/support/store/ps-store-refund-request/ Two options. Either say it’s an unauthorized purchase or the content doesn’t work. Usually once you download it’s hard to get but they refunded me no problem since it was before the official release.

Yep. You can get a refund up till tonight’s release. Just told ps store it was unplayable and they refunded without any questions. Figured I’d buy later on a price drop.

Yep. 3rd time for me this year. Twice related to Elway and now today. It’s from selling cards above their mean price. That limit is bs, the bot looks for multiple sells above the mean.
