I played the mode with a group last year and we won 250 games in like 4-5 weeks.   We would win like 4-5 games an hour - before the bots hit.   That being said if I didn't play with them - and they weren't the greatest players...  I learned two things.   First people who play squads are really really really bad at madden.   And that people in general are big cry baby whiners - you can be up 14 but if someone hasn't had the ball thrown to them enough they start sabotaging the game.  You know the same guy who can't run the right route wonders why he hasn't had a ball thrown his way or doesn't understand the concept that a user on the other team is more apt to cover a user controlled WR....     But yea just remember bad and whiners with some good players sprinkled in.
