If someone is anal and needs just their team sure. It’s been easy as pie to be 50/50 of about any team, and still have all the best players for quite some time. Not sure if your aware but you can play guys at specialist roles, not needing them in your lineup. Sprinter abilities and all still work. So even your top Jags TT should will have Moss, Simmons, Derwin, LT, etc if they know what’s up.

You have to be careful to understand your experience isn’t everyone’s. For example Squads is my favorite mode. The cheese, and level of cheese is far greater than H2H where it’s still really bad too imo. The seperation on players this year isn’t skill at all. It’s simply knowing information. I’ve always been someone who is aware of the meta stuff, but could be highly successful not falling into the trap, and just plugging along on experience. This year is different to me. If you don’t use the cheese and meta, and/or know the exact counters and counter formations, keep up with what zones they broke now, you will lose to far worse players. While you may be cool with switching your scheme to bunch or whatever to counter a sweat blitz, I refuse. Don’t mind blocking an extra guy, or whatever, But I’d rather not play the game if I’m forced into bunch or trips TE due to a glitch. We are going on months of 335 being the best pressure and run D, and it’s just silly.
