you are probably banned. happened to me in march. same starting screen with only franchise available. first info from EA help was that i am not banned. few days later they told me i am. after weeks of conversation i gave up. still banned until today.

i did the 5 yd. mahomes solo to get the 25 first downs until i heard of the bans and now playing two draft vs cpu games to get it done. takes much longer but safe is safe.

i picked a run play, then first switched to the other side and then audible -> flip play and it worked ... did it with stretch

it disappeared... but i remembered in madden21 to do a quick solo to make things happen - and it work. thread closed. sorry.

advice: you have to do the 4 tasks in the correct order: win 1 game, win another, purchase a pack and then get 25 first downs... i made the first downs first and was wondering why there was no progress at all.

i will play solos on current gen ... way easier to cheat the CPU
