It's called time. I have a finite amount of it and can't make more. I can always make more money. So, given what I do for a career and how little free time I get between work, kids, wife, life responsibilities... time is calculated at a super premium for me. 1 hour spent doing useless solos for almost no reward is far more expensive than simply whipping out the CC and buying points. That said, I hate EA so I strongly limit my points purchases to early in the year so I can build a decent coin bank to work the market with but if I didn't have such disdane for EA then NMS would definitely be more expensive for me than money spent. A lot of people think their free time has no value or they have an abundance of it so I can see why they wouldn't understand that money spent can be more expensive than NMS.

Yes yes there is. 1AP can allow you to add an extra ability which can improve your offense. AP matters more in this year's game than any other. I don't have Elway or need him right now for my offense so it's no skin off my back but I'd definitely be going/sticking with Elways over Rodgers if I needed HRM+SFL+Fearless.
