Last year's draft promo we got 32 99ovr cards. This year is straight garbage.

That could be skewed due to alot of players getting all the team chems(Randall Cunningham,Adams, etc..) pretty soon we are gonna be able to have theme team full of players who never played for that team.

Then why are #3 and #4 not getting cards? Raiders get a ton more and they aren't even on your list.
