As someone who stepped away from 18 and 20, and has no plans to return ... there have been two things I really missed (1) the card collecting and continual new content and (2) competing online. If you can find other games or outlets to scratch those itches, you've got it covered. -

I lurk on here from time to time. It's sad to see what Madden has become. Apparently so many of the MUT modes like Solo Battles and squads don't even work anymore. But hey at least you get Kap and his Virtuous Kneeling X-Factor ability! -
