I sincerely apologize for lashing out at you for just doing what's asked of you, as well as to anyone else that I may have offended. At the time I didn't fully get the reasons behind decisions made and instead of being a civil adult with reasoning, I took personal anger out on you. What was bothering me was completely unrelated and you nor anyone else deserved to have that taken out on them. No excuses, I have no problem admitting any mistake I make.    There's no going back, only forward. I realize I reputation isn't easily built, especially on a weak foundation. So I expect that I have work to do. Again I do apologize for my actions and hold no grudges. (Forgive the housing metaphor, it's my line of work and entrenched in my brain.)

Run a pitch play. I just completed it. Make sure to select the play from the play type menu, not from the formations menu. Not sure about yardage, mine was a 78 yd TD

Yes yes I understand your points and appreciate the suggestions. My point was that maybe we shouldnt have to go through all that. Mainly because it seems to be an issue with one specific game and not an overall connection issue on my XBOX in general.

Not to sound like an asshole, well maybe a little bit, but how about more looking into ways to expand bandwith for all the traffic and users playing, and a little less daily naptime. Naptime lmao....I still can't stop laughing at the absurdness of such a thing even existing in the workplace.

That's where IMO Kraelo is a little full of it, no disrespect intended. But I think I've indicated fairly certain that due to no other device or connection on my end having problems, that it's not necessarily an issue on my end. Thus maybe Kraelo needs to call their server host.   Also, it gets a bit tiring and annoying always being told it's never their problem. I'm obviously not the only person who feels as such. It would be incredible for just ONE TIME to be told by someone who can look into the problem that they will do so, instead of giving the lazy answer that it simply must be the fault of the gamer and not the GAME.
