Not true, because I can still play it. If you log in through Facebook, that may be your problem. I can log into it and play it without any trouble at all using my Game Center account.

I can log into it just fine. But then I connect via Game Center, not Facebook, so that may help. I have not downloaded Madden 21 as I have decided to retire from the game, having played it for about five years. Only reason I'm still bothering with MM20 is to finish one or two things off. But I'm not the only one playing, I've noticed. Still getting help from one or two of my league mates, and there are human opponents to be found in Overdrive and Arena still.

Seems like there's a few of us with the "five-year itch". I've played MM for roughly the same amount of time you have and will be chucking it in when this season is done. My own reasons for leaving are based primarily on the sheer amount of time the game takes to play every day, and a desire to use that time for better and more productive things. But your points are all excellent and very true, and I have certainly seen nothing in the previews that has provided me with any sort of compelling reason to stay on and download the new app. So best wishes from a fellow-retiree and all the best for the future. We might have been playing "Madden Futures" over the past month or so, but Madden is no longer in our future.

I haven't even played the 4OJ special event once. There's just no incentive to do so (other than the minuscule chance of pulling Lamar). Total waste of stamina. For EA to give us this event when it was made more than clear to them how bad the Father's Day event was is just tone-deaf on their part. And as others have said, just plain lazy.

I still have the UL Sapp in my Dline, so the 4oJ Sapp will be the ideal upgrade. The UL Sapp has been pretty much my best DT all year, so looking forward to getting the 100 OVR version.

You don't get a first-win pack (I had mistakenly thought there would be one, which is why I played it for any first-win awards). However, I think I did get 15 Takeover Tokens on top of the 5 you get for playing the event normally. Or does it give you 15 Takeover Tokens each time? Either way, it's more stamina for fewer tokens - a total waste or everyone's time.

I'm not normally one for panning EA promos, but this Father's Day one was utter garbage. I played it once for the first win (and whose bright idea was it to make the event a "win the game in a 1:30 4th quarter"?), and have otherwise completely ignored it. If ever a one-day promo was not worth doing, this one was it.

I chose Easter George Kittle. Madden EX Eric Ebron had been doing a very solid job for me at TE in my Spread scheme, but at 98 OVR and Tier 7 PWR, it was high time for him to be upgraded.
