All of those players would have had the same stats, just a different team chemistry, abilities and be right-handed. This is just a lefty version of those guys. Pretend it has the name you want but just left-handed and you'll be fine.

I don't even start Madden until it goes into the EA Play Vault around Superbowl-time. I haven't bought Madden since 18, because I thought 17 and 18 were pure garbage compared to 16 (and bounced back between 15 and 16 doing solos for my football fix until Madden 21 was released), so I've decided never to buy this game again. And because I wait so long to start, I don't care about getting the best of the best and just play solos with what I have and feel accomplished if I can make it to 99 OVR before the next one goes into the Vault. I made it to 99 in 21 and 22, which I thought were surprisingly decent games, but 23 just seems like a complete step back; not just in how it feels on the field, but in how complicated, convoluted and uninteresting all the crowded menus and screens are in Ultimate Team. Almost gives me a bored burnt-out feeling just navigating into my team screens and into games.

Probably dumb stuff that nobody wants and no one asked for. Because they like to sprinkle in disappointment every once in a while.

I don't think they would lose anything. People would still pump money into EA and Madden. No one learns.

I think if EA re-released Madden 16 with a roster/database update, this game would be 96% improved.

Imagine spending $90 in the first week of a game's release just to get a player that will be replaced in a month or less. All for what, 30 wins? How much is that, $4 per win? This game has terrible odds because y'all stay making it terrible.

With all the QB's out there, especially the GT's, and Montana having just come out... I can absolutely see EA dropping an unnecessary Steve Young.
