It has always been this way. If you have ever attempted to reach EA CS you know. Or the persistent failure to fix core bugs in the game (e.g. glitch pause). Add to that there complete dereliction of community care. I wonder how the game GM stays employed? It all adds up to being sloppy and lazy. No more than that.
