Thanks. I was having trouble cause I noticed I was going against 88 and 89 ovr defenses with 1,319 power and such. It's been impossible to progress once I get there. I've been trying to get film realms and players from the top 1000/500/100 results but I can't get there. I guess it makes sense. I was upset cause I thought the matchup system was messed up.

I'm just posting this to see what everyone seems to do once they've reached the Hall of Fame? Like how they progress. Personally I've tried almost every coach and can't seem to find a groove with any of them anymore except for the smashmouth captain and coach. But once I've made it to the HoF, I can't seem to progress much? The most trophies I've had was 240,000 and I can't get past that. Eventually I couldn't use my strategies anymore and I fell all the way back down to 167,000. I'm 86 off/84 def. Does anyone have similar problems? No?

I have a 91 ovr Terrell Davis diamond runningback and I still always get tackled when I attempt a truck. Also the tackling is kind of outrageous as I'll be going full speed and some guy will get a finger on my jersey and horse collar me, or swing me backwards.

I'm very good at madden overdrive and am looking for a top tier league to give me a chance. I haven't tried to be in any leagues since I started playing this year, but I'm better than most of your league members guaranteed. My team isn't that fantastic compared to most and I only play people with stunning defenses/offenses compared to mine (and win). I've just made it to the HoF for the second time, as I've just begun to realize how good I actually am. I'm almost in the top 500-1,001 range to receive the overdrive wide receiver for the season.
