I’ve been dealing with this for over a week. Customer service just keeps escalating it to the terms of service team then I get a generic email saying it won’t be reverse and not to expect any further reply. Won’t tell me what I did or how long the ban is. Terrible customer service

Anyone ever have the my opponents tab disappear? Was on pace for a top 100 finish and they have been gone for almost 24 hours
